Here at Earlham College, our office takes this notion of "Career Education" very seriously as we attempt to assist you throughout your liberal arts career with experiential learning, professional development, career exploration and discernment where you might need it.

The Center for Career Education at Earlham College is both a destination and a resource throughout your Earlham experience where we help connect you with the best the college has to offer with regards to the classroom, co-curricular activities and experiential learning.

Career resources are available to all Earlham College students and alumni and it is never too late to involve us with your life exploration both in Earlham College and beyond.

Our goals are to:

• Furnish students with broad opportunities to explore service and career interests.
• Assist students in the identification and recognition of their gifts, interests and aptitudes, aiding in the exploration of value and meaning as it relates to careers and service.
• Help students develop a life direction in order to make informed choices about activities, courses, majors, post-graduate work and study.
• Help students become effective members of the community while at Earlham College and beyond as they enter the work-force as alumni.
