The goals of this year’s conference are to help participants by:

  • Enhancing leadership competence
  • Informing attendants of the importance of cross-cultural communication and community building
  • Facilitating meaningful discourse on topics like mental and overall health, the healthcare industry, marginalized communities, economic inequalities, entrepreneurship and upward mobility
  • Emphasizing intersectionality and allyship in activism
  • Providing an opportunity to network
