The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 states that a request for official transcripts must be made in writing to the Registrar's Office. The request must include the student's current address and the addresses where the transcripts are to be sent. Dates attended, birth date, social security number or graduation date is helpful. The transcript request must include your name as registered at Earlham. A handwritten signature is required on transcript requests.

The cost is $15 per diploma plus $15 for international mailing. Make your payment online. Payment must be received before processing, fees cannot be canceled or refunded.
