Lost and Found Form

All Lost and Found items should be turned in to the Department of Public Safety office, located in the Service Building (across from Hoerner Hall, between the Co-Op and the Maintenance Office).

Anyone who has lost an item may report it to the Department of Public Safety using this form. If you believe the item has been stolen, instead of using this form, please call the Department of Public Safety office at 983-1400 to report the theft.

If your item has been turned in, we will contact you. If not, we will keep your report on file in case it is turned in at a later date.
