Jim is a graduate of Earlham, Class of 1978. He was a history major. After completing a master of Arts in Teaching at Brown University he returned to Earlham where he worked in the Admission Office. Jim taught history and was college counselor at Friends' Central School in Philadelphia. Following a brief career in banking, Jim was Director of Development at Friends' Central and Director of Advancement at George School. He has been Vice President at Earlham since 2003.
