In PayScale's 2012-13 college rankings report, Earlham ranks in the top 30 of more than 1,000 institutions for highest percentage of alumni who feel they have meaningful jobs. None of the top 200 schools in 2013 Forbes rankings of top institutions scores as high as Earlham, which scored 74 percent in this category.
