Create your future. Shape your world.
The Math and Science Center is staffed by trained peer tutors who have demonstrated a mastery in the subject they tutor. Tutors are available for many math and science courses and for courses that require quantitative skills.
Specific subject and tutor availability is posted in the Wildman Library. Students can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a tutor for some courses.
Whether you want assistance understanding specific problems, mathematical concepts, or how to use your calculator, tutors are ready to help. Using the Math and Science Center does not reflect your intellectual capabilities. Instead, it show us how dedicated you are to your academics. Our data shows that the most successful students at Earlham take advantage of the available resources.
You can schedule an appointment in advance or simply drop by, although students who sign up get priority.
Students needing assistance with writing can visit Earlham's Writing Center for more information or to schedule a session.
