General Fees

For full-time Earlham College undergraduate students

• No fee is charged charge to be seen by the doctor, nurse practitioner or a nurse. Students are encouraged to see EHS for any health-related concern.
• Fees are charged for prescription medications, lab work and some medical treatments.
• Payment is not due at the time of service. Fees are billed to the student's account.

For graduate students

• $30 fee per visit to see the doctor or nurse practitioner
• $25 fee per visit to see a nurse.
• Fees are charged for prescription medications, lab work and some medical treatments.

Please be aware that prescriptions cannot be returned or refunded and students must initiate all insurance claims.
