This is an exciting year as we are welcoming back former Director Debbie Rickey to help us facilitate.  The focus this year will be on you. Stories from passionate teachers. Stories from passionate leaders. What are your stories?  As many of you know, Debbie, Becky, and Randy are compiling reflections from Earlham M.A.T. graduates to help us study the impact our graduates are having. The Summer Institute will be a part of that process.

It is important to us in Graduate Programs in Education to value craft knowledge. Too often, teachers are doing amazing things, but those ideas stay hidden in their classrooms. Too often, teachers' stories are not shared - or, they are portrayed in movies in ways that are too good to be true. We want to hear your stories - your real, down-to-earth, teacher stories.

If you wish to participate in the summer institute but do not wish to earn college credit, the cost for the three-day institute is $80 for three days or $30 for a single day. You will earn hours that may be part of your professional growth points toward license renewal in Indiana. Graduate credit is also available.
