How to Enroll

Number1   The Application Process - due May 24, 2013

Step 1

Download and complete the application form (pdf).

Step 2

Write a short essay explaining why you would like to participate in the program. Submit with your application.

Step 3

Include the non-refundable application fee of $50. (It will be applied toward the program tuition)

Step 4

Coordinate with your high school to send your official transcript to Earlham.

Step 5

Ask a guidance counselor to complete an online recommendation form.

Once your application is complete and has been submitted, the Director will contact you by email regarding your admission to the program.

Number2   Final Steps

Step 1

A deposit of at least $200 is due by June 1, and the remainder must be paid before or on June 23.

Make your travel plans. Earlham provides free shuttle service for students to and from the Dayton Airport. (DAY)

Study our "Guidelines for Behavior" to understand what is expected of you as a member of the Earlham community.

Number3   Once You've Arrived

The two-week program is a flurry of classes and activities. Be sure to download and print a copy of the 2013 Program Schedule (pdf) and the Earlham College campus map (pdf).
