Your New Student Orientation Staff wants to do all we can to assist you with safely arriving on campus. Please complete the Arrival Information Form at InForm and submit it by July 15, 2015.
All students should arrive on campus Friday, August 21, 2015, between 8:00 a.m. and noon unless you are authorized to come early to participate in an athletics or other pre-season program (International Student Orientation, August Wilderness, Bonner Orientation, etc.).
Lunch will be the first meal served (11:30 a.m.-12:50 p.m.). All non-students wishing to eat lunch in the dining hall may pay for their meal at the cash register in the dining hall using cash, check or credit card. Students will receive their meal pass upon their arrival to campus at Check-in. The Coffee Shop in Runyan Center will be open throughout the day.
If you plan to arrive by car, please enter the main drive on U.S. 40.
The College will provide transportation for students arriving at the Dayton International Airport for New Student Orientation. Plan to meet the van driver in the baggage claim area. Please indicate on the arrival form the time that your flight arrives and the number of guest accompanying you.

Richmond is in the Eastern Time Zone. Please note that this is a service that is provided to new incoming students during New Student Orientation only and is not part of Shuttle Service offered through Residence Life during fall, winter and spring breaks.
Shuttle Pick-Up Times: Earlham will provide shuttles from Dayton International Airport on:
- Wednesday, August 19 at 9 p.m.
- Thursday, August 20, at Noon, 4 p.m., 8 p.m., and Midnight
- Friday, August 21, at 9 a.m. and Noon.
If you prefer to be picked up outside of these times, you may use the Charter Vans kiosk at the Dayton airport to schedule pick up. The Chater Vans phone number is 937-898-4043. Please note: the cost for shuttles arranged outside of the pick-up times above will be the responsibility of the student.
If you are participating in NSO only and are arriving from another country or from a long distance and you cannot arrange to arrive on Friday, please contact the New Student Orientation office at 765-983-1582 or at NSO@earlham.edu.
If you plan to send baggage and parcels ahead by UPS or U.S. Mail, please send them directly to Earlham College with your name, residence hall and room number included. Be sure to include an identification tag on all of your luggage.
There will be a number of New Student Orientation staffers on hand to welcome you, provide information, and help you get started upon your arrival – so start Counting Down as the big day approaches!
