Following Passion for Editing Video Footage During Internship

Chavarria -wilmer Wilmer is happiest when he’s editing video footage. He’s been doing it since childhood, and continued this summer in an internship at Whitewater Community Television (WCTV).

At WCTV, Wilmer assisted in production, helped the station develop new commercials, and edited several shows.

“I have been exposed to so much information about Richmond and Wayne County,” Wilmer says. “I’ve learned that it’s a very rich place, with many opportunities of things to get involved with.”

“The best thing about my internship here,” he adds, “is that it gives me enough time and encouragement to keep doing what I love doing, which is editing.”
