SUMMER GROUP FITNESS:

 Class Descriptions

Water Fitness: An upright pool workout that focuses on aerobic intensity and muscle toning. Swimming itself is not included in the workout. Join us for a low - to no - impact workout!

Interval Training: This class alternates high intensity bursts of cardio with body sculpting exercises. The ultimate body-shaping, fat-burning, and strength training class!

Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and core workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level - the instructor offers options for both beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

Strength Cycle: This is a fast paced, upbeat 30-minute cycling class, followed by 20 minutes of strengthening core work. You will get your heart pumping and body moving – aerobic, endurance, and strength - you will get it all in one class!

Water Fitness: An upright pool workout that focuses on aerobic intensity and muscle toning. Swimming itself is not included in the workout. Join us for a low - to no - impact workout!

Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and Core Workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level- the instructor offers options for both brand-new beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

Guts, Butts, Thighs:  Sculpt, shape, and strengthen your core, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves in this 45-minute workout. Various exercises, equipment and techniques will be used. Intervals of high intensity cardio and strengthening and toing will be sure to get your heart pumping and muscles burning! This class is mixed level, everyone is welcome. *Please arrive early, if possible, to set up your equipment.

High Intensity H20:  This is not your traditional water aerobics class! This high intensity shallow water fitness class will end with an optional abdominal workout. The instructor will get your heart rate climbing for the ultimate water workout! Equipment will be available and optional. Non-swimmers are welcome.

Dance Fusion: Styled as a Zumba-like class, fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and ENERGIZING. Routines feature interval training sessions, with fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat. Workout, get hooked, and experience an exhilarating hour of calorie burning!

 Spinning: Is a unique indoor stationary cycling program that is one of the hottest classes in the local community. This class is for people of all ages and fitness levels and is NOT just a "hard-core" fitness program for elite athletes. Although not required, bring your bike shorts, hand towel, and water bottle for this class. *Limited to 20 patrons. 

 Yoga: Combines the best of Yoga flow (Vinyasa) and core workout, to strengthen the core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body. These classes are mixed level - the instructor offers options for both beginners and seasoned students in the same class, in an ongoing flow of movement. You can make the class just the right level of challenge and ease that you need each day. You will soon notice changes in what you can do and how you feel!

 High Intensity H20:  This is not your traditional water aerobics class! This high intensity shallow water fitness class will end with an optional abdominal workout. The instructor will get your heart rate climbing, with built in recovery for the ultimate high intensity water workout! Equipment will be available and optional. Non-swimmers are welcome.

Barre:Barre class is a 45-minute unique combination of cardio and strength training with a little help from a ballet barre. Perfect for all levels of exercise experience.
