Wellness Programs

For the past 15 years, the Wellness Programs at Earlham College have made a significant contribution to the heath and well being beyond campus to Richmond and Wayne County. Wellness Program Director Cathryn Dickman coordinates programs including group fitness classes, water fitness, yoga, massage, fitness assessments and personal training. She and her staff also conduct workshops on topics including nutrition, stress management, alcohol and substance education, tobacco cessation, and bystander intervention.
