Sue McNaughton '89

_DSC3469_1Susan (Sue) McNaughton ‘88 majored in Sociology/Anthropology at Earlham. As a student she participated in women’s club soccer, work study and the 1986 Kenya program. Sue completed a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of St. Thomas.

She lives in her hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota with her son, Travis. She has taught in the Minneapolis Public Schools for nearly two decades. Sue began her term on the Alumni Council in 2013, and she is currently part of the Off-Campus Affairs Committee. Her favorite memories of Earlham include using chalkboards in Carpenter Hall to plan essays, early morning bike rides through farmland, and the joyful connections with fellow alumni at every reunion.
