J. Thom Deahl '85

Thom Deahl '85 majored in Biology.  As a student, he worked in the Earlham Computing Center, participated in football, and completed the off-campus program in London.  He also obtained a master's degree in Environmental Health Sciences from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and he has published in areas of genomics, mutagenesis, and predictive toxicology.

Thom’s current work is in data analysis and informatics in Greenfield, Indiana.  He became co-convener for the Indianapolis Regional Alumni Association in the fall of 2005, and Thom also enjoys theater and outdoor sports.
