Making payments online is now available with a U.S. checking or savings account (no charge), or by credit card (convenience fee applies).

Please be sure the student's name or student ID number is included with your payment.
Payment plans can be arranged with Tuition Management System (TMS) online or by calling 1-800-722-4867.

Update my address?
If you've moved, then updating your family's address with Earlham is essential. Please contact the Registrar's office directly with your new address.

Send my student a Care Package/Birthday Cake?
At different times during the academic year, organizations offer care packages and treat bags for families to purchase for their student. In addition, birthday cakes can be purchased between August and May.
