Earlham is honored to be among the two dozen schools invited to host the Bonner Scholars Program on their campuses.
The Bonner Scholars Program provides service scholarships to students with high financial need, and supports a four-year, developmental program for Bonner Scholars that allows them to serve, learn and reflect. Earlham Bonner students graduate from the program with significant experiences and skills that support extraordinary lives of mission and value.
Earlham’s partnership with the Bonner Scholars Program began in 1992, and to date there are well over 200 Bonner Scholar Earlham alumni. The Bonner Foundation has endowed Earlham’s Bonner Scholars Program.
In 2008 the center which provides support to all Earlham students in the areas of service, internships and careers was renamed the Bonner Center for Service and Vocation to honor the legacy of Bertram and Corella Bonner and all of the Bonner Scholars.
Each March 15, incoming students are selected from among the dozens of applicants for the next class of Bonner Scholars. There are a total of 60 Bonner Scholars at Earlham. Visit the home of Earlham’s Bonner Scholars Program and learn how to apply.
