Faculty teaching courses at times not corresponding to the daily/weekly calendar will schedule their own examination times in consultation with the Registrar.

Note

(1) When a written final examination is used, it should be administered to the class on the day and at the time scheduled by the Registrar. All exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Associate Academic Dean, Lyn Miller.

(2) Exceptions to the scheduled hours for individual students are discouraged. Faculty may request assistance from the Associate Academic Dean in making decisions.

(3) If there are students who find that they have three exams scheduled on the same day, these students may make plans with instructors to take one of the three on another day within the examination period.
